NPM01 suggests that you do not have a Payment Method registered to your account currently.
You receive this error code when you attempt to make a withdrawal, where:

There is no payment method registered to your account yet.

The payment method you used to deposit is no longer accepted by bet365.
In these instances, you are able to withdraw funds using Bank Wire. To add your Bank Wire details:

Select
from the top right of your screen and choose Bank, then Withdraw.

Select your Bank Country from the list and enter the required bank details. Ensure all information is accurate and the bank account is in your name, or this may prevent your withdrawal being received.

Enter your Withdrawal amount.

Select Withdraw.

A Confirmation of Payee check will be completed. This will check that the bank wire details you have provided match a personal account in your name. If the details do not match, you will be asked to update your bank wire details.
